Welcome to SwapiClub. These Terms explain how the app works and what you agree to when you use it. By using SwapiClub, you agree to follow these Terms.

1. Who SwapiClub is for

SwapiClub is for real people who want to list items, browse items, and make offers respectfully. You agree that the information you add is accurate and that you will not impersonate someone else.

2. What you can do in the app

• Create listings for items you own or have permission to list.
• Browse items and watchlist items you like.
• Send offers and chat to agree on a deal.
• Rate your experience after a completed interaction.

3. Your account and your responsibility

You are responsible for anything done on your account. Keep your login details private and use the app honestly. If you notice unusual activity, stop using the app on that device and secure your account.

4. Listings, offers, and real-world meetups

SwapiClub helps you connect with other users, but the actual deal happens between you and the other user. That means you should always use good judgment and take safety seriously.

• Meet in a safe public place when possible, such as a mall or public area.
• Check items properly before handing over cash or confirming a swap.
• Do not share sensitive personal details in chat, such as bank PINs, one-time passwords, or passwords.
• If something feels unsafe, you can stop the conversation and move on.

5. Credits and the Unlimited plan

SwapiClub uses credits and an optional Unlimited plan for certain app actions. Credits help keep the platform fair and reduce spam. Your credit balance and plan status are managed by the backend and sync in the app.

• Standard users receive free monthly credits according to the rules shown in the app.
• Creating a listing uses 1 credit unless you are on an active Unlimited plan.
• Sending an offer uses 2 credits unless you are on an active Unlimited plan.
• Promoting a listing uses 2 credits unless you are on an active Unlimited plan.
• If your free credits run out, you can buy more credits in the app.
• If you want unlimited listings, offers, and promotions while your plan is active, you can buy the Unlimited plan.

6. Payments

SwapiClub has paid features. You may be able to buy credit top-ups or an Unlimited plan in the app. Payments must be made honestly through the payment options provided in the app.

• Do not try to bypass payment rules, pricing, or app purchase checks.
• Do not use fraudulent payment methods.
• Paid credits and Unlimited access are added to your account after the payment is confirmed.
• The Unlimited plan only applies while it is active. When it ends, your account returns to credit-based use.
• Any purchase rules, pricing, expiry dates, and plan details shown in the app apply at the time of purchase.

7. Content you post

You own the content you post, such as photos and descriptions, but you give SwapiClub permission to display it in the app and use it to operate features like search and recommendations.

• Do not post illegal content or items.
• Do not post stolen goods.
• Do not use misleading photos or descriptions.
• Do not post someone else's private information.

8. What we can do when rules are broken

If someone misuses the app, we may remove listings, restrict features, or suspend accounts. We do this to keep the community safe and useful.

9. Service availability

SwapiClub is provided as is. We work hard to keep the app running smoothly, but sometimes services go down for updates, maintenance, or unexpected issues.

10. Liability

SwapiClub helps people connect, but we cannot guarantee that every user is honest or that every deal will go perfectly. You are responsible for checking items, confirming agreements, and choosing safe meetups.

11. Updates to these Terms

As SwapiClub grows, we may update these Terms. When we do, the latest version will be available in the app and on this page.
